1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security and Responsibility

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. je7700 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification being complete.

je7700 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional proof of identity, source of funds documentation, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed where any such requested documentation remains outstanding.

In the event of a disputed transaction or suspected fraudulent activity, je7700 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while the matter is under investigation. je7700 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details if such a hold is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

je7700 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback incentives, and other promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all je7700 bonuses:
